The Insured Person must be:
- Holding a valid Singapore identification document such as a Singapore NRIC, Employment Pass, Work Permit, Long Term Visit Pass, Student Pass, Dependent’s Pass or other recognised work pass entitling the holder thereof to remain, or enter and remain, in Singapore;
- Living or working in Singapore, and away from Singapore for no more than 180 days at any one time; and
- Between eighteen (18) and eighty (80) years old (both ages inclusive) on the first effective date of the Policy, or up to one hundred (100) years old for on the renewal effective date for renewal policies.
- This product is underwritten by Allianz Insurance Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Allianz).
- This policy is protected under the Policy Owners’ Protection Scheme which is administered by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation (SDIC). Coverage for your policy is automatic and no further action is required from you. For more information on the types of benefits that are covered under the scheme as well as the limits of coverage, where applicable, please contact AIS or visit the GIA/LIA or SDIC websites (www.gia.org.sg or www.lia.org.sg or www.sdic.org.sg).

Allianz Cyber360 Protect is a personal cyber insurance plan offered by Allianz Insurance Singapore. It protects you financially if you fall victim to online scams, phishing attacks, identity theft, or malware that results in money being stolen from your accounts. The policy includes two main benefits: Banking Protection (covers losses from cyber fraud) and Shopping Protection (covers issues with online purchases).
It depends on the benefit. For Banking Protection (scams and fraud), only the policyholder is covered. For Shopping Protection (undelivered or damaged purchases), the policy covers you, your legal spouse, and your children living at the same address in Singapore. This means one policy can protect your whole household for shopping-related issues.
Yes. Allianz Cyber360 Protect covers financial losses if you lose money due to a phishing email or smishing (SMS) scam that tricks you into revealing your banking details or making a fraudulent payment.
No. Allianz Cyber360 Protect does not cover scams that originate from phone calls. This includes calls from people pretending to be government officials, bank staff, or police officers who trick you into transferring money or revealing your banking details.
The policy only covers scams that come through digital channels—specifically phishing emails and smishing (SMS) messages. If you receive suspicious calls, hang up and verify directly with the official organisation.
You’re covered. Allianz Cyber360 Protect's Shopping Protection reimburses you if items you purchase online are not delivered, delayed by 30+ days, arrive damaged, or differ from what you ordered.
The policy also reimburses the cost of purchase or repair, and also covers return shipping costs if you need to send items back. Note that some items are excluded, including vehicles, event tickets, perishable goods, digital products, and services.
The following are not covered:
- Phone call scams – Only phishing (email) and smishing (SMS) scams are covered
- Investment and gambling scams – Scams involving unregulated investments or illegal services
- Losses refunded by your bank – If your bank already reimburses you, you cannot claim again
- Business-related losses – Only personal losses are covered, not business transactions
- Large-scale cyber-attacks on banks – If your bank is hacked directly, this is resolved between you, the bank, and authorities
- Devices without antivirus protection – You must have up-to-date security software (e.g., ScamShield, McAfee, Norton, Kaspersky) installed on your devices at all times. Claims from unprotected devices may be rejected.
No. There is no deductible for both Banking Protection and Shopping Protection under Allianz Cyber360 Protect. This means if your claim is approved, you receive the full amount without having to pay any excess first.
You can purchase Allianz Cyber360 Protect directly via the Allianz website. Only your full name and a valid email address are required to obtain a quote. Payment can be made in monthly or annual instalments. For further assistance, contact the Allianz Customer Service Centre at +65 6222 1919.

- Immediately inform your bank – Report the unauthorised transaction and request to freeze your account if necessary
- Lodge a police report – This is required for all claims
