Starting 1 March 2024, all insurance premiums for personal and commercial lines general insurance products must be paid directly to the insurer. Please do not make premium payments to general insurance agents.
If asked to pay premiums to an insurance agent or any other party besides the insurer, ask the agent to provide a written or electronic explanation for the request.
